I wasn’t really aware of these resources before, and I feel like if I had understood them better, I would have used them sooner. Bad connection. Tutor was in and out of the room and that disrupted our session and then a new tutor came in and then we were disconnected without finishing. It will take time to start all over again with a new tutor

I was not confident at first of the service as the first tutor had no idea how to help, but then the second tutor that I was transferred to was helpful, so that was nice. I wish there was a way to share screens, but I'm sure that is not possible for security purposes.
